On December 1, 2022, Senator Busson met virtually with delegates of the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations (CASA) and Quebec Student Union (QSU), James Caldwell, Nikiel Lal, and Ashley McDougall, to discuss the issues on managing the cost of living and financial aid, research funding, supporting student mental health, reducing barriers for international students, and promoting truth and reconciliation for Indigenous students.
